CIO TIMES
CIO Times was founded in 2003 by Mr. Le Yao, President and Core Member of the Peking University CIO Forum. It is an institution supported and incubated by Peking University Science and Technology Park. From 2005 to 2015, CIO Times served as the exclusive training partner for Peking University's CIO programs.
Specializing in CIO training and specialized programs on emerging technology applications, CIO Times currently collaborates with prestigious institutions including the State Information Center, National Health Commission Statistical Information Center, State Administration of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense, State Tobacco Monopoly Administration Information Center, and Supreme People's Procuratorate Technology Information Research Center to organize CIO programs. It also stands as the global strategic partner and sole training institution collaborator of UNESCO's International Centre for Higher Education Innovation.
