Conference Report 2019 International Consultative Meeting on International Institute of Online Education
This conference report summarises the outcomes of the 2019 International Consultation Meeting of the International Institute of Online Education (IIOE), which was held in Shenzhen, China from 7th to 8th December 2019. The conference introduced the overall design, quality assurance system, platform construction and technical solutions, curriculum resources and operation of the IIOE. Representatives from 11 global universities, 4 Chinese universities and 8 enterprises signed the initiative and became co-sponsoring units, and Ain Shams University in Egypt was elected as the first rotating chair unit.
